What if my item is damaged in transit?

In the very unlikely circumstance that an item is damaged in transit, once signed-for collection has been confirmed by a Cudoni fashion expert, it will be insured to the reserve price stated in your account area. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any issues.

In any event where an item is shipped to us via a third-party courier, we recommend that you declare the value and pay for the additional insurance at the time of shipping. Cudoni can and will not be held liable for loss or damage of items shipped through third-party couriers.
