How do I get my items to you?

If you're based in the London area, one of our fashion experts will collect your items from you at a time and place convenient for you.

If you're based outside of London, we will send you a free luxury fashion kit with which you can send your items back to us however is most convenient to you. Our luxury fashion kit includes a large box, instructions folder and a pre-paid label.
